Poem Post: Life Goes On

Poetry Disclaimer: There's a good chance you will think this is lame but even if I thought it was the bee's knees I would still put this disclaimer up to lessen your expectations. This one was written in 2003. Also, I realized I am getting close to my 200th post. Flowers and balloons are welcomed on that joyous day.

Life Goes On
Forgotten dishes in the cupboard
...gathering dust...
now home to the spider and her webs.
Years roll by, events come and go,
we forget and postpone.
She who spins is thankful.
